Kia ora!
Hope everyone’s doing well. Glad the cyclone didn’t hit Auckland as badly as the news expected. Crazy seeing people panic buying at supermarkets like the end of the world was coming, proper throwback to the COVID-19 days.
Slightly shorter issue this week, to be expected. Many events were delayed or cancelled as people weren’t sure how hard the cyclone would hit. Still, there are some banger events in this issue.
Also, thank you for the feedback. Seems many of you weren’t a fan of the [FREE] and [FREE ENTRY], so I’ve removed them to make things feel less crowded.
Enjoy this week’s issue 🥯

👀 Did you know? 👀
Over 50,000 soldiers once disappeared in the Egyptian desert.
It sounds like something out of a war movie, I know. A Persian king sent these men into the desert and they were never heard from again. To this day, we still aren’t sure what happened, and very little trace of them has ever been found. Isn’t that wild?
